I was in a situation that was mentally traumatic for me, and still is, up to this day. However I found Sheila and her team, every step of the way I was notified, informed, spoken to about my options and asked my needs. I couldn't have gone through this case without them. Today was the final hearing to one part of my court proceedings and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I rest assured that the next court case would be looked after professionally so I am not worried.

Child arrangement order application
Sheila has represented me on my child arrangement order and specific issues order (temporary relocation which was granted!) applications. The other party is extremely difficult and abusive which has made for quite a stressful process on a personal level. Sheila always prepares clear, succinct statements which have ensured that important matters are not lost. I have valued her calm, professional approach which instils confidence in her dealing with my case.
If I have a query, she always gets back to me promptly and is quick to update me on my case. I can always rely on her recommendations and legal advice.

Professional, effective and efficient.
I have been a client of Benson Legal Services for over a year now. I cannot applaud them enough on how well they have managed my case. My solicitor has been on the ball and always explaining everything to me with great detail so I understood everything regarding my case.
My solicitor Sheila was always updating me as soon as she was emailed any information or documents. Sheila always listened to me and if any ammendments were needed she would do so. She would always handle my enquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. Sheila made sure I knew me rights and entitlements and advised me in the correct and professional manner. She never influenced my decisions either, I was given options and the decision was left down to me. What I wanted was always taken into account. Statements were written to the highest standard and included what I wanted to say. I cannot thank Benson Legal Services enough especially Sheila on the outcome of my case. I am so ecstatic right now.
